Surya namaskaras

Stand facing the Sun and keep both your hands in the Namaskara Mudra in such a manner that the thumbs are closely touching the heart region. After this bring both your hands down and take them up in the Namaskara mudra above the head. While standing in this position keep both the hands straight. After this slowly bring the Namaskara Mudra form above your head to the heart region with your thumbs closely touching the heart chakra for half a minute. Do this Surya Namaskar  set for 9 times  as demonstrated in the Video attachment
