Re-Vision and Upgrade yourself

Get started with our routine, vitalize your body, transform yourself and revision your life with our health boosters, follow-up with a meditation practice and fuel your soul.

Congratulations on starting the first week of our routine! We want you to get the maximum benefits through this plan and hence urge you to keep doing the 49-day routine regularly without skipping any day. This is not merely a body detox but a Spiritual cleansing as well, which will have an impact on the body-mind continuum, for healthier living and take you right back to your center. It is highly recommended that you do the 21 minute meditation every day, along with the body cleanse as it will bring about a phenomenal change in your personality, as both body and mind are inter-related.

Once again, we remind you to complete the small and easy tasks on all the 49 days without losing a single day, as it has a cumulative effect when done correctly. This is “YOUR 49-day PRACTICE”. Own it, if you put in a little thought, effort and responsibility, by devoting this time for yourself, you will definitely reap the best out of it. Your body and mind will thank you for it.

In case you do not have an ingredient on a particular day, you can still use Turmeric (Haldi) instead for a day and continue with the next day.

Here is the weekly plan of how you will be treating your body week-by-week. Each of our recommendations have been carefully chosen and picked, to act on the seven chakras, based on ancient wisdom and will empower you to be vibrant, healthy and to realize your best self.
